Ms. Khersonski is a financial executive with 24 years of international experience providing consulting and financial services to both private and public companies in the natural resource sector. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Western Magnesium Corp., and was Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Umbral Energy Corp. a junior resource issuer listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. From 2004 to 2011 Ms. Khersonski was part of the Pacific Opportunity Capital team that provided financial and administrative consulting services to publicly traded mineral exploration companies in British Columbia. From 2001 to 2004 she served as Corporate Accountant at Dawn Pacific Management Corporation, an accounting and regulatory maintenance services firm in British Columbia. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant and obtained a CGA designation in British Columbia and is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Khersonski’s expertise extends to working with corporations on financial systems, strategic plans, budgets, capital decisions and corporate acquisitions. She is well versed in structuring and negotiating transactions and has experience in creating strategic alliances with corporate leaders to align and support key business initiatives. Ms. Khersonski has experience with IPO’s, US GAAP, in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, and creation of tight internal processes and controls, resulting in improved financial performance and heightened productivity.
